Inside The Orange Open

There’s nothing like waiting to the last minute to decide on taking on a new show. That’s the challenge I was faced with when Empire Sports Network management told me I’d need to create a new show open for “Inside the Orange”, a Syracuse University coach talk show. By the way, it has to be really good because Syracuse University is paying us a lot of money for this. Oh, and you’ve got three days to put it together.

Quick, design a logo around the Carrier Dome, grab some SU footage, add some FX in Adobe After Effects, rotoscope it into the 3D logo in Strata Studio Pro, and then composite with some game ball photo objects in the Accom Stratasphere.

Whew! I hope the school liked it.
